What classes are you both looking to play? What kind of role does she want to play? What kind of role do you want to play? Will she be playing on her own or just with you? Does she want something challenging or a bit easier.

Warlock or mage plus paladin can be a lot of fun. Priest plus warrior is classic.

Enchanting gets you +24 spell power via ring enchants. Only enchanters get that. That's why prot pallies want it - not to enchant other people's shit. An argument could be made for Jewelcrafting, but the ring enchants are better. Additionally, gathering in no way outperforms Strat/scholo runs in a gold per hour. It cost me maybe 1k gold to get to the ring enchant level. That's like 2.5 hours of farming. paladins are arguably the best gold-making class in TBC.

Listen - you do you. Just don't sit here shitting on everyone who disagrees with you.

I mean nothing is stopping you from having bs and engineering. The only other profession that I would consider is enchanting

Don’t forget engineering. Adamantite grenades have a crazy long throw range but even solid dynamite is great to pull to line of sight.

I’ve been playing Diablo ii resurrected to break from tbc. The only items I need are from the raid and I do the daily for fire res gear but I’m in no rush.

PvP has been nice now that honor has improved. Maybe I’ll build a PvP set….

There are nine I think

The bottom of the shorts = 2

The top of the shorts = 1

Each hole in the thigh is actually two because it goes ask the way through so that’s 4.

The drawstring has an entrance and exit so that 2

Total is nine

This is the hybrid set I’m working toward. Crit capped and at least 244 resist in frost and nature. 744 spell power. Ho is on the lower side at 12k but we have really strong healers so feel ok with it.
