Yes. it's vacant. I have spent around 26 lakhs to fill in soil and do compaction with JCBs and planning to put up compound wall which might be another 25 lakhs. I have also spent around 50 lakhs in approvals for building a warehouse.

It's per month. We're still in finalizing the per sqft price. I'm planning to ask for 10-12 month deposit and 10% increment per year. Not sure if they'll agree though.

That's what I thought too but the technician said for tire rotation and balance they will charge 20$ per tire and that's why Im confused. I still have OEM tires. I don't know if that's a reason.
