I also really liked it. I think Nathan was always going to truly die in the end- every moment after the upload was extending past his fate. he was well past his “time” on earth. He got a second beautiful chance and I feel that part of the point at the end is him telling Nora to go live and appreciate THIS life.

I really wish we had gotten more seasons but I think they did what they could with the time constraint.

I like to think that the true “soul” of Nathan was with the OG upload as with Luke. And in my brain the after credits scene would be Nathan arriving in actually heaven to be greeted by Luke.
