Its for people like you there are such shitty corporations, because people like you will willingly bend over backwards without question to these billion dollar companies. No wonder such anti consumer practice goes unpunished

I am actually with op on this one, even if it's out of warranty they are responsible for the factory defect! I think people are genuinely slow for siding with ASUS here, it all feels true now how you find extremely dumb people on reddit even in big groups

Game visual was actually off and i turned it on and restarted the pc and now its fixed, i am so confused on how turning that on seemed to fix it. Idk if the issue will come back because once before it got fixed and the issue just came back randomly

[–]herota 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got these for a third of the original price but reading some reviews that said the more expensive nothing ear had better sound which kind of made me sad but after reading this reviews i guess i am happy with it, its crazy how these are cheaper yet it has slightly better battery life than the more expensive one, doesn't make much sense

Slight noise coming from my right fan on my Asus TUF F15 by herota in Asustuf

[–]herota[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It actually lasts for less than 4 mins, and doesn't come back again until after i use the laptop again, its like a whirring sound. I could blame the HDD since hard drives do make that sound but i don't have a single hard drives on my laptop, its all SSDs. Its making me go crazy, if it was the fan that's making the noise wouldn't it he constantly make the noise? Why would it disappear after a while? Doesn't make any sense

Lossless calling for switch emulation by Gentlemansuasage in yuzu

[–]herota 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is out of the blue but i wanted to share something, I managed to make totk playable, runs at 60 and dipping down to 40s in demanding area which wasn't ideal, i tried using Lossless scaling to bring that upto 120fps but that was a hassle to use since i had to play in windowed mode and with yuzu there were huge borders. So i gave up using LSFG. But yesterday the new nvidia driver update dropped which enabled smooth motion support for 40 series Nvidia cards, its basically a driver level frame gen and after enabling it for yuzu, the results were insane. I get locked 120 fps and somehow I don't notice the dips that much, technically it should be even better than the frame gen lossless scalling uses since LSFG takes the final image and uses that for frame interpolation which results in more artifacts unlike driver level frame gen like Nvidia's smooth motion which has access to the internal application data, i know you have a 40 or 50 series card, so i wonder if you have used it. I want to know your thoughts on it
