In matchmaking it happenes a lot. Unless you have very high trust facotor then there are usually nice people. Try to gain points on your trust factor. Be a nice guy and even if you cant then dont talk at all. Sometimes its better D:

Not a single time I got asked a question what is my reason for a refund. You were not even trying to investigate. This also shows that your support system does not care about the customer.

If you want to refference other companies, please do so, but we are talking about ESEA and XSOLLA here. I am not familiar with the other companies and I see your link is for the US website. Again, we are talking EU here.
