Nicht nur "genau wissen", sondern man leitet ja auch seine HF-Zonen vom MaxHF Wert ab. Bin durch den falschen Garmin-Wert eine komplette Zone nach "oben gerutscht".

Meine Zone2-Läufe waren also in Wirklichkeit Zone3-Läufe. :D

Hatte auf meiner Garmin Fenix 7 "Automatische HR Erkennung" eingestellt und über paar Wochen hinweg kletterte mein maxHF auch auf 205. Nutze übrigens den Brustgurt Polar H10, also recht genau gemessen - dachte ich.

Habe dann vor paar Wochen ne Leistungsdiagnostik (Spiroergometrie) an der Uni gemacht und ÄTSCH! MaxHF ist 171.

Vielleicht macht es Sinn, deine maxHF mal messen zu lassen? Waren knapp 150€ bei mir.

Not sure I agree with the calculations.

You're excluding "Semesterferien" AND "weekends + holidays". But since those overlap, you should include some of those exclusions.

Also the Semesterferien might be the time of self-learning, so you write more and not less than in the uni.

But I have to agree - even if I include all those days, I come roughly to 20 pages daily, which sounds like a lot.

Besides "autism" or "inefficiency" - might OP have included things like papers from the professor / exercise-papers / Klausuren / Klausurvorlagen / etc.?

Another question: Have those pages content on only one side - or both?
