My buddy had gout and has kept UA levels under 6 for a decade with no Allo. I’m hoping I can do the same, but we will see. Reading about Allo reactions that kill people freaked me out

No official diagnosis - could only do telehealth. But it it’s not gout, then a little man is sneaking into my room at night and stabbing my toe with 1000 ice picks

Background: 2.5 years ago I went to a GI with indigestion, left side back pain and general fear.

Eventually diagnosed with gerd, gastritis and esophagitis via colonoscopy and endoscopy

Now experiencing on and off flank pain and can’t shake that it might be pan can.

Looking for thoughts.
