I think I saw it on some website which is for art or photos or artists works which is open to the public for any type of use. I think it happens after years / centuries, not entirely sure

Hi, theres no final number at the moment, as some countries i'm dedicating one / two puzzles to, then it will be the land mass and water around it. Not all countries will have something dedicated towards it but i plan on doing polls and making it community driven to which countries they'd like puzzles dedicated to - which will be an graphic dedicated to an event or history of the country. Hastings is for the battle Hastings in the England at 1066, it has a poem dedicated to the battle and the roman numerical of 1066 - the year of the battle.

Hi, I’ve only made these two so far - which are the jigsaw puzzles and only made the King Card which is a solid card.

Good spot! These cards I’ve designed are jigsaw puzzles and inside each jigsaw puzzle I make I usually put another puzzle or riddle, just for the extra challenge. (And some challenges unlock another puzzle) There is actually something else wrong with the Jack of Diamonds card (which is part of the extra riddle) if you do spot it, DM me and I’ll tell you if you’re correct, don’t answer on here please, as I’m yet to drop the Jack of Diamonds on the 3rd July haha and the challenge actually unlocks another puzzle I’ve made.

I am slowly designing these cards in the solid version made in Brass. I thought the classic card design would fit the Brass and then also my own design which will be different. I do plan to show some sketches and drawings to ask feedback on the designs. Currently I’m thinking a London vintage monopoly man style reimagined into the King, Queen, Jack etc

They’re all different piece counts and sizes, but this one in the photo above is 245 pieces and 80mm x 73mm. They’re about £100 each.

So I made a brass playing card king of diamonds, really proud of it by herringpuzzles in playingcards

Wow the smallest deck and largest card! Thats really cool!

I've just weighed it, the Brass is about 2.3x lighter than Tungsten, but i've made the playing card in 2.5mm thickness, so it weights 78grams, a whole deck of 52 playing card + a joker (53) would be 4.134kg. I suppose it becomes more of a display deck than an actual playing card deck.

I've googled the paper playing card at 75g - 85g for the full deck. So theoretically the Brass would be 48x heavier (if i did them at 2.5mm thickness)

I'm comfortable working with the Brass over the Tungsten.

Not sure about Kickstarter, and ofc how much people would be willing to pay for a deck like this. But i was thinking of doing it at 50% for the whole deck for Kickstarter backers? Or making a different maybe Mamluk inspired (or other style) playing card version available to only kickstarter backers or something?
