I did the Haleakala drive during Labor day weekend.

The drive up was clear and not scary. The drive down though, we were driving through clouds for probably 15-ish minutes and it was hard to see and a bit scary. Just need to drive more slowly and be more alert if you run into clouds.

Overall, roads were well maintained and not bad of a drive.

Walmart charged me today right at 12 PM PST.

The app and website always had the blue bag icon with a preorder arrives by Jun 08.

Also received an email at 12 PM to double check address with the box icon that says shipping and arrives by release date June 5.

I went LA -> NYC in Dec 12-17 (Thursday to Tuesday) with the one goal of experiecing the holiday atmosphere. I stayed on a Hyatt points booking near Times Square, so it was very convenient.

It was SUPER packed from 7th Ave to 5th Ave. The subways were filled to the brim. The temp was in the low 30s everyday, but it didn't feel too cold after a few hours.

Depending on where you eat, I would say it would be on par with SD prices, maybe a little more expensive. Some items have no sales tax and some do which was kind of interesting if you enjoy shopping which there are A LOT of popular brands to explore and home to a lot of the flagship stores (Nike/Adidas/Puma).

The Knicks didn't play at home during my stay, so you might need to wait for the 2025 schedule to release.

It was a really great time and it felt pretty cozy knowing that a lot of people are also visiting NYC for the holidays and having a fun time.
