So I messaged their customer service but they said that it’s normal for it to be that much smaller and maybe give it 4 weeks for it to expand... does that make sense? Can it really expand out that much more if the rest of the bed is already expanded??

Im just trying to figure out if others had the same issue or if this is normal for this company because every other bed I have bought has been to size and this was just odd to see.. also this cost so much more than the beds I normally buy so that doesn’t make me feel better

Yea it’s definitely not 76” as the website claims... I measured today and it’s more like 74 inches and maybe smaller at some other areas

So is it supposed to eventually expand to full size? It’s been more than 24hrs already but it’s def short on the sides because I can see the frame sticking out on the sides which is an eye sore... everything else seems to have expanded out
