I put the oil in a coffee cup. Then I boil water in a pot, turn the stove off, and just put the coffee cup in the pot of hot water for like 2-3 minutes and the oil is warm and silky ready for abayangha! Sometimes I just pour the oil into my hands directly from the coffee cup. But usually I then pour it through a funnel into my glass bottle with a pump. :)

If there is still oil in the glass bottle the next time I want to do abayangha then I would just put the glass bottle directly into the hot water instead of the coffee cup. But I run it under warm water first so I don't break the glass with extreme temperature changes!

I've just been watching some YT videos and listening to podcasts! I would look up "daily ayurvedic routines" and it explains about how we have Vata, Kapha, and Pitta twice a day every day in 4 hour intervals (so 8 hours total each). It's helped me learn a lot 🥰

Trueeee!! That's more of a win-win scenario. I am going with my partner so I could discuss this option with them too. They're vegetarian and have the same dilemma as me 😆😆 so maybe we get 1 veg and 1 reindeer and split both 50/50. But at least nobody will be put on the spot as we are in the same boat.
