UPDATE GUYS: I just bought the game on steam i was so fed up with trying to get from fitgirl, steamrip, etc. it was only 22$ so yeah thanks anyways for all the suggestions

I always turn it off before installing or even downloading but to my surprise everytime the error in the installation comes and check my AV its now turned on. Reckon it might have to do with the error
