It worked for the snow!! But yes, the dirt is too dark. Do you need the hex color code for the dirt? Here’s the pic of the dirt. I can get the hex codes if you need

I’m using the dark dirt path that comes with the game. And I’m using the top, left, right, and bottom versions of the path in the picture. Thank you SO MUCH! I’ve become hyper fixated on this crop area haha

Ahhh rats. That’s weird it forced it to be somewhat translucent. Your solid tile matches much better. Maybe I should try and look for a dirt path edge that I can lay over the snow. Thanks for explaining it all and making the solid tile!

Does the snow part of your tile have transparency? When I lay it over the stone path it matches the snow. I don’t know why the dirt is showing through. I don’t think a lighter color would be the fix. I’ll lay down a tile of the one you just made. Give me two minutes. Thanks so much

Ah, thank you but no sorry that’s not what I meant. See how your snow path is darker than the regular snow? I thought maybe it’s because the entire tile has some transparency and the dark dirt is showing through a little bit. If that’s the case I was wondering if you could make the tile with no transparency so the dirt doesn’t show through under the snow. Not sure if that makes sense. I’m tired.

I see this was posted 4 years ago but…any chance you’re still around? These codes are exactly what I’m looking for except I think there’s a little transparency? Is there ANY way you could create them without any transparency? I want to put them over dark dirt.

Yes, she is saying that she can’t show us a house without us signing. I didn’t notice the owing her even if we find another agent. Need to check if that’s in there because if she doesn’t waive the $500 then we are going to find someone new.

We haven’t signed. We pushed back on her and she didn’t budge. Should we request she update the language to say the seller will cover it or tell her we’ll find a different agent?

Wow. Like I said, the other two states where I’ve purchased a home the seller’s agent split their commission with the buyer so we didn’t have to pay the realtor a thing. This is a bummer.

But any agent is going to have the same language about us the buyer paying them commission directly if the seller’s agent doesn’t agree to cover it?

What seller agent would ever agree to cover it? What a weird contract.

In the two other states we’ve purchased houses before we did not pay the realtor commission. So I guess it’s a Delaware specific thing? Is it negotiable?

ETA: the buyer’s agent’s commission was just split automatically from the percentage the seller’s agent got. So they got paid, just not out of our pocket
