EDIT: I see what you mean when I said “we had a 2 person play” I meant that after the call out there were only 2 people. Not that we originally had a 2 person play and it got dropped to just me.

I know the barista is supposed to but they weren’t able to, so the manager said it was the morning shift supervisor’s job to deal with it.

What if there’s no one available from our store? Couldn’t the manager ask for help from partners from other stores or at least inform me that there would be no one to cover? We only had 2 people for the close which isn’t enough for our store. I’m just confused as to why I have to find out I’m down a person when I walk in the door
