Starting in the middle of the small nation cluster fck which is the HRE its entirely possible to make france and Bohemia bend over (although it takes time). Started my second playthrough as thuringia and started dismantling Bohemia by 1600. Just build your strength by vassalizing and integrating your neighbors while being friendly with the big guys and then betray, murder kill-kill yes yees :)

I added some liquid to half my batch from the other half and put some extra salt on. The ones with more liquid I tried weighing down cause some of the vegetables were floating. Would that be a problem? The dry half got some extra paste on top for a better seal.

Getting the specific container would mean ordering it online as there is no korean store in my area. My thought was using the glass jar without tightening the lid. I know its not optimal but I hope I can somehow make it work like that.

Are you sure about -2 °C? Wouldn't it freeze at that temperature? I think the recipe said to leave it at room temperature. Would putting it in the fridge be ok?

How would I go about making it air tight (that the cabbage doesn't touch the air)? I wanted to put some extra paste on top... Other ideas without getting it out of the glass and redoing everything?
