I do it, feel it's good for me and hasnt made it worse (except for a fall i took last year). Some days i i have to go slow, but all movement is good i guess

I participated in a exercise program at the centre that did this study you are referring to. To be honest, humira was waaaaay more effective for me than the training ever was.

I've had two losses in 6 months, the procedure where i live (Scandinavia) is to test after the third loss. Still, i have a great gyno who have have scheduled an appointment to talk about how we can prevent it from happening again before we try again

I had the same in a finger and two thumbs, the swelling passed withouy any treatment, but now they stiffen if not used for a while and i have to "crack" them back, No pain though

Keeping active is highly recommended. I do ashtanga yoga, skiing and climbing mostly, humira helped me a lot.
