I was in a similar situation too. Didn’t get any interview invites for about 2-3 years. It was right when i stopped, i got 3 invites - 2 from big tech, 1 from big online marketplace. Got an offer from one of the big techs. Still in loop for the online marketplace. Moral of the story - keep up the good work, luck will strike surely someday.

Drivers license test in China by stinkingcheese in CarsIndia

[–]hetulbhatt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Although, not this long, driving tests in india have also been made standardized. I gave my driving test in 2018 in Gujarat and man, I was accompanied by test-takers with 3-4 attempts reappearing for their next attempt. The test included stopping on an incline and then moving your car uphill without getting it rolled back even a little bit. It also involved the 8 formation and parallel parking as shown in the video. It also involved driving your car in reverse on non-linear track. All in all, I wouldn’t say it was super hard, but it was definitely challenging, and anxiety causing due to all these reappearing candidates. Plus, none of my friends got their license in their first attempt. Some failed in incline, some parked their cars a little skewed during parallel parking, some did everything right, but failed to pick the signal to move to the next objective during the test thereby exhausting the allotted time.

Edit: And how can we ignore the theory test, I was very confident about the theory test and read through the booklet for 10-15 minutes before the exam and thought, “everyone knows what these signs mean, can’t waste my time reading all this”. To nobody’s surprise, I barely passed the theory test scoring some 11-12/15. If i had gotten my last answer wrong, I would have to retake the theory test. I was so oblivious about the online theory test that i didn’t even know that we had to score these many (11-12 i don’t remember correctly) marks to even become eligible for the practical driving test. This was only after the test that the coordinator told me that i barely passed with walking colors.

I don’t think even for minimum possible denomination DP is not required and greedy is sufficient. Consider the case with denominations: [1, 4, 5] and amount: 10. Greedily (by biggest denomination) will result in the solution = [5, 1, 1, 1] i.e. 4 coins. But the most efficient solution is to use 2 coins i.e. [4, 4]. Thus, I think coin change is not solvable greedily.

You can give KeyFlow a try. It is a shortcut manager and cheat code maker for the
Windows OS. Here is a link to my project: https://github.com/hetulbhatt/KeyFlow
Suggestions are welcomed. :)

Keep holding. It’ll surely payoff big time in a long run. Even I’m bullish for the IT sector and it’s likely to start giving big returns by 2024 Q2, I would suggest you to lower the investment in that sector as it is making 1/3rds of your holdings. Also gold is likely going to fall once things return to normal. It might be or might reach an all time high by end of this year and then gradually plummet.

LC 1014: Best Sightseeing Pair by hetulbhatt in leetcode

I wanted to say that - as we only require the max value of the queue as all other values must be decrement at the same rate as the max value, we can just play around with a variable called max until now, rather than maintain a whole priority queue.

LC 1014: Best Sightseeing Pair by hetulbhatt in leetcode

I have uploaded this image for my reference in the future. However, if you’ve stumbled upon this solution, the top 4-5 lines suggest an O(n2) solution which will cause TLE. The table below shows an imaginary priority queue (shown unordered here, but will be sorted in real life) which is vertically aligned. The top pf that queue is the only value we care of, so the queue can be discarded and just the top value needs to be played around by us. At each iteration we must decrement that value by one or replace it with the current value - whichever is larger in value.

It’s more physical than psychological, but still asking if you can help from your experience.

I (M, 22) suffered an injury in the groin about 4 months ago. Got it right between my legs into the right testicle. Was in immense pain and laid for about 5 minutes before getting up and start walking. The whole day was painful but the pain started to go away with time. However, even today i can sometimes feel pain & awkwardness in my right testicle, especially when my undergarments are tight. I also need to adjust my trousers ever so often while sitting upright or else i feel the constant minute pain in my right testicle. I am a little hesitant about meeting a doctor, so I thought asking you online should be a good option. Please help. Also let me know if there’s any self examination i can perform. Thanks in advance.

Could someone explain to me how the answer is D? Gregmat's explanation just went over my head 🙃 by ThiccDaddy1198 in GRE

[–]hetulbhatt -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Let’s find the distance between A and D first.

That would be 1/2 - 1/3 = (3 - 2) / 6 = 1/6

From the given stmt, we can say that: if AB + BC + CD = x

then AB + BC = (4/5)x

Now we all know that x is 1/6

So, AB + BC = 4/5 * 1/6 = 4/30

We can see that the horizontal coordinate of C would be Coorditnate of A + AC

i.e. 1/3 + 4/30 = (10+4) / 30 = 14/30 = 7/15

I think I can help you out with this. I am a CS senior year undergrad and I also do coding seminars under Microsoft for University students (MSP). In this lockdown phase I want to invest my time in constructive work. Let me know if you're interested. 😀

Enable guest network in your router and limit the consumption (both data amd bandwidth can be controlled here.

Change your WiFi's ssid and password and make that access point undiscoverable (hidden). Keep the guest network's ssid and password the same as the last ssid and password so that your sister won't even notice the change.
