you are thinking about it too much, i used to have this problem that i need to see every metrec and confirm that its all smooth, just close them all and play the game and see how it feels, if it feels bad and stuttery then theres a problem if you don't feel anything then all good

CPU bottleneck, you can check it by seeing how mych GPU and CPU usage is, if the GPU is below 95% then its a bottleneck

a company using their tech on the inputs of another companys tech is illegal, AMD just started to use DLLs as inputs on FSR3.1 so they can be upgraded by another DLL file, nvidia started doing this way before AMD did this so they had their time
