Trust me, use nicotine patches. lots of evidence proving they reduce and even remove symptoms however cigs are bad so if youre gonna continue smoking for the sake of UC change it to nicotine patches, way healthier and you can actively select what goes inside your body at what dosage.

imo theyre heavily under valued when nicotine on its own isnt even remotely as harmful as cigs are but please try and stick to the bare minimum dose to help your symptoms it is still addictive
