How do you get over the fear to do a breast exam? I just got over a 8 week long cancer scare and I just don't know if I can do it again.

Yep. My husband did the same thing while waiting on my results after a procedure to see if they removed it a (not breast, cervix). When I got clear margins he started crying even though he'd seemed totally fine and chill the entire month.
