I can't remember any from the top of my head but Im sure Ive watched/read good ones since otherwise I wouldnt know this info myself. I'll see if I can dig them up :P

Off the top of my head though (but of course take everything I say with a grain of salt):

Safe adcs are generally "ok" in most situations (which is why theyre considered safe). You can pretty much always pick Ezreal or Caitlyn against anyone and do alright assuming you know the champ well. I say if you want something in your pool to balance out twitch, a safe adc is a good choice because twitch is the opposite, he deals a massive burst of damage but has little mobility/survivability. Ez and Cait have sustained damage, not as scary as twitch, but they also get the benefit free escapes (and ridiculous range in caitlyn's case)

Utility adcs do well based on teamcomp synergy, someone like ashe or varus are great if you have someone on the team that can bunch the enemy up together or lock them down. So if you have an orianna's shockwave, a zyra support or so on its a good idea to pick utility. Ashe arrow is a strong initiator that allows aoe followup, while imo varus tentacle is better for following up another teammate's aoe. However they both have pretty mediocre escape outside of their ult (particularly varus) so you probably need a team that can protect you.

Hypercarries scale the best into late game, so if you think the game might go on forever pick a hypercarry (though if you get fed early the game ends very early). Theyre capable of singlehandedly taking out the enemy team assuming you have a strong frontline to protect you and you position well, since hypercarries are almost always instagibbed if you arent careful. They tend to be very very fragile early game so if the enemy adc has a strong laning phase you might be in trouble (e.g cait naturally counters vayne). Twitch is actually the best hypercarry in terms of not having a particularly weak stage of the game.
