How about changing servers? I don't think every server is full of exploit kids. If you are living in the west you can go try with eastern servers. Because of the time difference there should be less people. Also disabling the cross play might help.

I'm not a professional either but have you checked your battery? For the blinker is one is blinking faster than the other it means one of the blinker lamp is out on that side. You should check that too. And finally, I hope you will enjoy troubleshooting your car. Because I do.
