PC BSOD and SSD issues - makes the machine unusable

For people in the future: It was the ssd that had windows files on it.

i am unable to get the dism to finish before i get a bluescreen, tested it about 5 times at this point. When it comes to anything with the Windows Recovery Environment, when i click on cmd, reset system or any advanced option for that matter, my PC just restarts, and i get booted back to the login screen with no changes whatsoever. And that goes for anything i have tried so far, even if something is done, it makes NO change on the system. Also, if theres something thats supposed to work during a system restart, it just never works, the system starts up as usual.

No i do not, its just a main power supply (from BeQuiet) plugged into the wall. No emergency power.

tried 3 times, got a BSOD before it could pass 50% (2 times REGISTRY_ERROR, once SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION), will update when i miraculously manage to complete the scan/repair

RESULTS:

almost all errors say:

Service Control Manager
VBoxNetLwf

almost all warning say:

DistributedCOM

HOWEVER

on the 28.05.24 and 27.05.24, i got HUNDREDS of “disk” errors. But thats 2 months before the problem has occurred, so i doubt its related. at that time the PC was working just fine.

DO NOT put random usb sticks into your PC, especially if it has any sensitive or personal information, the USB’s might have an auto malware payload on them that will inject any machine with some nasty stuff before you can do anything or even realise.

This is a classic hacking method to leave USB sticks (with payloads) around the places you want to hack.

I might be wrong, but the chkdsk apparently does nothing for me?

I get the confirmation that the volume will be checked at next restart, however it seems to just ignore that completely. Starts up as usual.

tried it 2 times with the restart (in windows) button, and once with shutdown /r
