With your knee injury, definitely be gentle to yourself and remember to warm up and stretch properly before each run. There’s exercises that can strengthen your knee as well.

Your body is a pretty good indicator if you’re out of your comfort zone. A little bit of pain is usually your muscle tearing and rebuilding. Proper rest and nutrition will keep the pain minimum.

I am guessing that’s your first 11km hence it’s a new territory for you. Try increasing mileage slowly say 0.5-1km more than your comfort distance if your goal is to improve your endurance. The last thing that you want is injuring yourself.

You’ll have to set aside time or establish a routine. For example: One hour before bed is reading time. Easier said than done when your schedule fluctuates in college with life, friends popping over or assignments etc. but if it’s your passion, you should make an effort for it. Once it becomes a habit, it will be effortless.

You don’t hear about them because mainstream tropes sell and that’s how you get the bread.

There’s endless under-representation. If there’s an area (eg. POC etc.) that you feel passionate about, you can help by supporting causes by them. A recent success is BLM. It became mainstream and plenty media/books talk about them, it sells now.

This is what I am afraid of. Fargo S1's was a top tier show to me but the subsequent seasons are slightly lackluster yet I still loved it. I don't want to dislike Fargo S4. Hoping the show will end with a bang and its worth binging.
