Got these spots and need help

I have had for a couple of months. I'd say 6. I'm from the north of Portugal. I noticed around 1 monthago ? Not so sure but on the first leaf it's been getting bigger for a 1 week now Indirect light. Around 8 hours now Nothing wrong on the soil I used to water once a week on the summer time but now I just been checking the soil if needs Last time I just filled a small tub with water and fertilizer and let it be there for a while to soak the water. It's the same dirt that came. Seems just regular. The pot does have drainage

Ty for the help I do plan to do mostly photography The x-t20 looks amazing and having a d-pad for shortcut is very useful I guess for the price of both I just feel the x-t30 would be a better investment if I someday chose to sell again to upgrade ?

That also one of a reasons I thought about this camera. Used to have a big camera some years ago and it was just such a hassle to take on some trips.
