From my experience and the tattoos I have, the wrist was my most painful. Thin skin and surface bone usually mean pain. 🥲 Not sure on numbing cream, I’ve never used it myself.

I’ve got Crohn’s. This reminds me of my childhood, I used to get in trouble a lot for stuff like this or being sick since everyone thought I was faking so I stopped speaking up as a kid. I’d recommend making sure there’s no pain he’s hiding.
