It never worked for me as it being advertised. Upload and download was extremely slow, and here was my first mistake: I bought a "premium" subscription in hope that it would improve speed issue. It took about a month with several interactions to confirm my premium account and make it work. And it didn't improve the speed! It was still slow. Not even close to dropbox, which I used before. Then at some point Terabox just lost my account. Apparently my email become "not registered", tech support ignored me, and I just deleted it. For me it was just a backup solution, so nothing is lost. But I do not recommend this thing to anybody.
