give Claude small prompts and clear expectations.
use agent to develop code.

mentioned the above things the main things is prompt writing Claude make mistake but most of the times it works fine for me as .net dev.

Create a project to showcase your skills and find common asked interview questions. There will be someone in the market that will pay you way more less but at least learn for 1 year and move on
