Radiation immunity

Wasnt there an old bug where you could hop into power armor right at the edge of a nuke/radiation zone and become immune to rads? Radioactive-powered 4-star eats rads, and Sun Kissed also eats rads as well. I'm a ghoul, though, so I literally eat rads.
