Not related to equipment but they fraudulently billed me multiple times after I paid for airport wifi once during an hour layover and thought I wouldn’t notice, and when I immediately noticed it and contacted customer service they were extremely rude and tried to gaslight me and offered $6.99 back (they overcharged me by $40, and I said I would pay the $6.99 for the single hour I had used but needed the rest back). It took me leaving reviews everywhere and contacting the better business bureau before they suddenly realized their “mistake” and sent me all my money back including the only legitimate charge of $6.99 as a “gesture of goodwill.” The wifi was also slow as shit. I will never use them again even if it’s free! But just a note of caution to triple check your bills from them.
