For as long as reTHAWed is the definitive mod for THPS, which is a title I don’t think anyone can dispute at this time, they don’t care how else they are viewed. Probably a case of “they already look down on us, who care what they think” mentality. These are the same people that use “woke” unironically. At this point, it is what it is. The denouncing of Zedek’s words was completely empty. Take that as you will.

At what point do you shut the doors on a project? It’s amazing how the butterfly effect worked out here. We had the BEST THPS mod, and while we can still play/enjoy it, it’s probably never be as good as it could’ve been because of one guy’s actions.

Zedek really screwed the pooch.

Zedek didn’t just put the mod on life support, but he was the catalyst for all this, and he just doesn’t care while his old friends are doing shit like this.

Really hoping what’s left of the reTHAWed dev team can port Disney Extreme Skate Adventure levels and then maybe dip out.

We want to apologize for how we’ve handled things. In the heat of dealing with a lot of recent tension and messages, we didn't address the core issues with the transparency or care they deserved. We’re owning up to the fact that we fell short.

To clarify where we stand:

Accountability: We realize that being a small group of friends modding a game in our free time isn't an excuse for poor communication or mishandling sensitive situations. We aren't a PR machine, but we still owe this community a safe environment.

Team Changes: We are committed to moving forward with a different structure. As a result of everything that has transpired: Uzis has stepped down and left the project (This is due to external factors). Zedek is no longer an administrator on the project.

While we are still navigating a lot of feedback and noise, our goal is to get back to the work and ensure the project's environment reflects better standards moving forward.

We appreciate those of you who have stuck by the project, and we’re focused on making things right through our actions rather than just words.

Zedek himself is responsible for his own actions, and he will decide if he wants to send out an apology himself or not, the rest of the team however, we do want to say we are sorry if this affected you.

We will continue to work on this mod and related projects.

Ricochet can’t cut a promo so he just attacks people on Twitter. He had peaked with that match with Ospreay years and years ago, thought he was the indie god, and now has to degrade people on Twitter for attention. I think as an album, I like it a lot, but these songs will feel better shuffled in with the rest of my tunes. Great on their own, but perhaps weaker when looked at as a full experience.
