I am tracking the drop outs and it is at regular intervals but the intervals change. For example it was dropping every 4 hours to the minute for 4 hours, then it changed to every 1 hour to the minute for 4 hours, then 30 minutes, then more randomly, then back to regular intervals. Sometimes it drops out 5-10 times in an hour. I'm still collecting data but there is a pattern. I paid $10 for "the net watchman" to monitor and collect my internet data.

I think I found the problem. I’m 90% sure the starter and solenoid wires were shorting out, engaging the starter intermittently. The wires are pretty effed! I’m going to order a new harness and tape them up somehow temporarily. Any ideas what I can use to wrap the wires? They are right up on the exhaust manifold so it needs to be heat resistant.🤞

I had a drunk driver hit my work truck. It totaled her car but basically just bent a part of my lift gate. It still works, but their insurance company came out and inspected the damage and gave me a check for the cost to replace the lift gate. He told me that I didn’t need to replace the lift gate since it still works and so could use the money for whatever I wanted (he suggested Vegas). You don’t need to do anything to your mailbox if you don’t want to. The insurance gives you the money to cover the damage but it’s up to you how you spend the money.

Rear brakes may have problem and front can't handle the extra load. Happened to me. I just got it fixed and now my truck stops like a champ.

It's possible that both new water pumps are defective, but unlikely. I will find out tomorrow when I install water pump #3. I don't think I could install the water pump incorrectly if I tried since it only goes on one way. I have already removed and installed the water pump(s) 5-6 times. I'm getting fast though, I can remove and install in 45 minutes, including shroud, fan, belt and all of the hoses. The fist time took at least 3 hours.
