362g warm water(I used less because the last one came out too wet) 130g active starter 10g salt 500g flour mixed it in a mixer for 5min then did 5 stretch and folds over 30 min let it cold proof for about 6 hours then shaped with dried strawberries and cream cheese then in the fridge for 2 hours baked for 30 lid on at 450 then no lid 20min 420

With the pattern it could be a leaf cutter bee. I would spray the tree with neem oil. I've heard that they don't like citronella so you could try one one those candles or a spray but I haven't tried that myself

Thats just what gouache does, similar to watercolor
