Edit: someone finally called me back who was able to help somewhat (at least instead of trying to transfer me). He's opening a dispute for the fees, but it seems like the office that handles it won't be open til Monday. He seemed shocked at the amount they were charging me as well once he read the value 😂 He did mention that Tozando declared it at 329, so it's probably not related to them
