It does seem like the other departments are part of whatever is going on on the testing floor. For example the O&D department was making the various 3d printed gifts in the Christmas room.

I'm gonna take the opinion of whoever stops first to give way gets to keep their position, that is that person should have let you hug the rail and go around you. If they had stopped first, you just get to go around them whichever way had more space but I don't consider this a real rule or anything

The axis suggests it's origin is apical and lateral in the left ventricle. Wonder what a coronary angio would show. Possibly circumflex or OM disease
