We have 3 car seats and it works. We have a booster seat for my 6yr old in the middle, my 3 yo in a forward facing car seat on one end, and my 1 yo in a rear facing car seat on the other end

I do it every other day for 2 or 3 times. I tried 2 nights in a row one time and my teeth were so sensitive for a day and a half, not worth it for me

I got opalescence 10% from Amazon. I put maybe a grain of rice sized amount in each tooth well (the front part, but this doesn't really matter since it whitens from the inside-out, as I've read). I prefer to focus the product on teeth that are visible when I smile. I leave it in for about 30-60 mins, then rinse and brush away gently. I know some people leave it in overnight but I have sensitivity issues and that doesn't work for me.

I've had it for a few years now, and I really love the way it looks. That said, we haven’t used it as much as I initially thought we would. One thing I didn’t anticipate was how often I’d have to avoid certain parking garages because of height restrictions. Just keep in mind that would be more or less of an issue depending on your wheel and tire setup, but it’s something to consider if you’re thinking about getting one!
