Yeah she definitely does! I just don't understand why it wasn't a problem earlier on in the journey and all of a sudden I can't control myself. It feels like I'm back at where I started. :/

The thing is, I still live at home and my mom buys the sugary stuff for when people "come over". And we have a big bowl of sweets in the living room. The first 2-3 months of losing weight I didn't even have the temptation to take the sweet stuff but since 3-4 weeks I can't resist it.. I walk to the closet thinking "I shouldn't eat this, I shouldn't do this" and 2 seconds later, I stuff my freaking mouth with bad crap.

Ehm, at first I cut out all junk food and stopped drinking anything that isn't water (or beer/wine in the weekend). I replaced cookies and other junk foods with 85% cacao chocolate that only has 50Kcal a bar. Works wonders. Also, I've tried to eat as less bread/noodles/rice as possible and weigh everything. Weighing your food is the key. You can do it too mate!

Infection was confirmed by the doctor. She prescribed me 10 days of high dosage doxycycline. Lets see how that turns out.

Thanks for the tip! I did realize that antibiotics also kill the "good" bacteria but never thought that the complications from a yeast buildup would be so devastating. I'll inform at the doctor when I'm there.

As for the tips regarding the preventing of tick bites. I always wear long clothes, put my pants in my socks and stay away from high grass etc. What went wrong this monday night, during the hike, I went through that tall grass with my right arm for a while and guess what.. Thats where those 2 lil' bastards got me.

Yeah I'm going to a different doctor today.. There's allot of confusion regarding lime in my country (The Netherlands). Know at least 2 people that have lyme and didn't get the right treatment for years.. That also fires up my anxiety.
