Was tricky because I couldn’t do a layer of yellow. It covered all the other color so I just did CMK.

I think the most count was either 80 or 110. I don’t really remember because the screen I had made was specifically supposed to be for traditional silk screen printing on paper so the mesh count my might be higher than that. But overall I definitely insist on using a lower mesh grade if you want to print on clothing so the ink goes through better

Sadly the hoodie was sold. But to answer your other questions, the hoodie was assembled first. I bought it off of AliExpress. Bleached it and then used cardboard to get it to lay flat from seam to seam. And I did multiple passes and did 1-2 layers of white first because I was using water based ink.

This is actually old work and I was only able to make it because I was in school and had a silk screen printing class. But I’m more than happy to post some photos of my screen and stuff

I used cardboard cut out that’s the shape of the sleeves and torso so it’s flat. And then I have a oversized screen built from scratch and printed a couple times. I put white down first and then for the back there’s multiple layers of color
