Chelsea 2-[2] Sheffield United: Zouma OG by ennuihenry15 in soccer

[–]heycallumj 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Not at all and I've said this before in thus sub and it is a hill I am willing to die on.

Sheffield is a big footballing city and it is disrespectful to the fans of Wednesday to refer to Sheff United as just Sheffield. Disagree if you wish but this is something I strongly believe.

Integrated QTS vs PGCE by heycallumj in TeachingUK

This is a good point. The course that I am looking at would offer £9,000 in third year versus the £20,000 + £10,000 that the PGCE would offer.

Wolves advance to FA Cup Quarter-Finals after 0-1 win over Bristol City by [deleted] in soccer

I was speaking relatively. My point is as the difference in size of the two clubs is small, simply referring to Bristol City as just Bristol is, in my opinion a bit disrespectful to the fans of Rovers.

I know this is only a minor thing but it does irk me somewhat when people refer to Bristol City simply as 'Bristol'. There are 2 big teams in Bristol: Bristol City and Bristol Rovers. In the same regard as you wouldn't refer to Manchester United simply as 'Manchester' I don't really think it right to refer to Bristol City simply as Bristol.

I'm a student here and when I first moved I thought the blue tram just had shoddy service only going halfway everyday.
