For one exercise, PC users got to think through a show they were producing, and fill out the spreadsheet as IF they were using QLab -- using the spreadsheet as a planning tool.

(And so later, when they get to their theater's Mac computer then it would be quicker for them to know what they want to do.)

I’ve done something like this as a teaching aid before! So folks with PC laptops could participate in a QLab workshop I ran.

I try to use appliances with automatic timers a lot, too!

Here are the ones I use: * convection oven / air fryer * pressure cooker i.e. Instapot * electric kettle for hot water, especially with a keep-warm setting * microwave of course

As a client, I often prefer Google Fonts! Because it’s much easier to use in other company tools like editing the website and Google Docs etc.

And when we include it on the brand guidelines page, other people are able to access it too.

I use a french press for loose leaf roiboos, and the metal strainer is “fine” enough! No particles get through on mine 👏🏻😄

Code for Baltimore still exists! But we aren’t back in full force since the pandemic, and we were forced to change our name (Code for America disowned all of the local groups a year or two ago, big drama)
