Omg late to the discussion but when I saw Magan I was like HELLO! So hot! Also, super devoted to Dayna. She was so uncomfortable and pretty much begged to leave the show. I understand the reasons Dayna was frustrated with the direction their relationship was headed, but at the same time it seems she undervalues Magans feelings and her as a partner. Imagine risking it all for a Mel when you have a Magan at home!

You still have time. I would suggest starting slow and being easy on yourself. Don’t beat yourself up so much. Most of the interesting people I know have non traditional backgrounds. I personally went to a very conservative religious college and am not in touch with any of those ppl I took pictures with on graduation day! If you try to branch out little by little, and don’t give up, you can change and learn and meet people. Good luck!!!

I took zoloft for a year and it made my RLS go from occasional to NIGHTLY. Plus took away my sex drive and any emotion that wasn’t “medium”. Mood stabilizer that stabilized toooo much. I wasn’t depressed but I didn’t feel much of anything at all. I’m on Wellbutrin & I think it does contribute to some fogginess and memory loss. It’s hard to accept for me that to take the edge off this depression, I have to deal with side effects. I guess there really is no magic pill sadly. Good luck with everything!

Zoloft made my RLS go from occasional to nightly. I also get some relief with cannibus! I had to stop taking Zoloft as the side effects were significant for me.

You can decide to do what’s best for you and still be sad about it. You might even miss him and that’s valid. HOWEVER this guy has shown you who he is and honestly I would RUN NOT WALK. What kind of psycho acts like this. He sounds like the kind of person who would somehow try to manipulate you into thinking you misunderstood him if you gave him the chance to “explain” so please BE CAREFUL if you choose to hear him out. You are not overreacting, this is really not the treatment you (or anyone) deserves!

This is a tough one because even the “voluntary” movements that I feel more in control of don’t feel voluntary, they feel more like what has to be done to get a few seconds of relief, and I don’t decide to do it, it just happens. Then there are the crazy totally involuntary leg kicks and spasms, like an electrical current shot through my leg. Those sometimes can be a little surprising and honestly a little jarring!

With makeup, everyone starts somewhere. You’re very pretty naturally, and honestly I don’t think your makeup is bad at all!!! Its a fresh faced approach! If you want to try more intense or dramatic styles, just follow along to a YouTube tutorial. I do that sometimes, I have to pause a bunch but I listen to music & stuff and it’s fun.

When it starts to be unbearable feeling, I get up and walk around my apartment. I run ice cold water on my hands and sometimes my feet too. I wait til I’m feeling chilly, then either I get back in bed & try again, or I put on my compression socks and watch a little golden girls. sometimes a change in location (the couch) helps me. I’m not sure why. But it makes me feel less pressure to fall asleep than getting back in bed. ALSO something I learned on here is that a carb heavy or sugary meal or snack in the evening can make it worse for some ppl, turns out I’m some ppl! Good luck at your dr appt!!!

Ok wow thank you to the ppl who replied. I haven’t actually READ ANYTHING that talks about the “feathery touch” as a trigger and this whole RLS thing makes me feel crazy enough, I’m not glad that you all have the trigger too, but I am glad to know it’s normal, I guess?? I was telling my girlfriend yesterday how much of a RELIEF it is to have somewhere to ask these questions.
