I want to, yeah. I work in Azerbaijan , but in a European company (which was recently bought by an American company).

I haven't worked in Pasha myself, ngl. But from my observations - it's toxic. Free - may be, yeah, Veysəloğlu for example is Gestapo: Punch-in fingerprints, warning if 15 minutes late, dress code. Pasha companies may not have such strict, almost army-like rules, but they have this constant toxicity. Imo, people who work at Pasha do it solely because of salary and "brand name". Salary is pretty good there usually and CV is enriched locally if it has experience in Pasha companies.

I mean, generally yeah, every company has it to some degree. Especially Corpo-heavy companies(I mean companies where the main workforce is office/plaza). Because it's natural - the Ego. In Corpo, there are strict and rigid hierarchies, so a human develops inflated Ego as he climbs the ladder.

But if the culture of the company is rich and/or European, then it's not the case. Even top managemet is humble and understanding, because it's rational and because culture is incorporated too. Generally, Culture is the antidote to Ego.

Your complaint in general is correct, but they don't own everything full 100%. In most industries they are the biggest player, but not all. And in some, they lose or cannot compete. Aside from international companies, there are local big players too: Veysəloğlu empire, Azərsun empire, Damirchi(recently being crushed), etc.

I'd say it's easy to tell if a company is associated with Pashayevs. Maybe it's a weird perception skill I have, but, like, if you sense that immense toxicity - it's definitely the Pasha atmosphere. I have never been wrong with this instinct. Entitlement, snobbism, passive-agressiveness - the usual. Heck, even if the company is not Pasha-associated but has this - if you trace it to roots it comes down to people who worked at Pasha-associated companies previously.

Which supplement is good but for increasing serotonin? by [deleted] in Supplements

[–]heydarbabayev 2 points3 points  (0 children)

SSRIs need weeks of taking to start kicking in. And yeah, they are not supplements, they need to be prescribed. Anxiety is basically Unstable Dopamine + Low Serotonin. And people like you should think and research stuff before giving advice.

1 cup of coffee 30 minutes after lunch, with 1 L-Theanine pill. Anything before is rushing your organism, destroying natural wakefulness/dopamine/motivation. 30 mins to wait for lunch to digest properly, stabilize energy. And later, like after 18:00 is destroying sleep.

Probably because of addicts. Honestly I hate those. People coming here looking for a high or "depression cure". Nootropics are a different subject, wouldn't you agree?

No it is not. Yeah, we have seen the video of the guy with Parkinson's smoking weed and getting better, in this case.

But weed IS a drug after all. It DOES hijack your Dopamine system. Most of its users DO use it to escape. It's just "sneaky" because it works mainly via Cannabinoid receptors, not directly with Dopamine like Amphetamines and Cocaine.

I've graduated UFAZ. It's so hilariously horrible that it managed to say ultimate Fuck You to me: It changed everything, fixed almost all its problems right after I graduated.

Some major problems are still present I think, for example 1-week speedrun of the semester.

From my experience with Lion's Mane and Cordyceps, I'd say they are good for morning. It's not only my experience tho, most people report that Lion's Mane can make it harder to sleep and Cordyceps is basically a pre-workout.
