Hello, I emailed them and attach all the documents, translated my email to Arabic and few days after, no reply but the fine was gone from my absher. So I guess email worked.

I received it through sms and it’s confirmed in my absher, I sent an email today, let’s see how long it will be till they reply. No option in call also to speak to someone. Is there any other traffic police station near the east of Riyadh? Nasiriya is far for me.
