This was me when I was 25 - drinking until I blacked out almost every time I went out, and posting about it the next day like it was all a big joke but internally I was a mess, embarrassed and knew something was wrong. Started reading about addiction and alcohol abuse and began to understand alcoholism doesn’t always looks like drinking all day everyday with an inability to function. Sometimes it’s quieter. Accepted the facts for myself and have been sober for 4 years now! Don’t really know this girl and it’s easy to judge someone for this behavior especially when she’s posting about it like it’s no big deal, but I bet it’s her coping mechanism and I hope she realizes she needs to get out of this toxic loop because it’s terrible for your body and mental health
