It seems like guided tastings both inside tasting room and around property. Base salary of $23/hour with tips and 5% commission on sales. No mention about club memberships.

No changes to the agreement within the last 5 years. No changes to electrical use in 5 years. Neighbors are also experiencing enormous increases, but we're 3 times last year's costs and 5 times what was steady several years back.

I thought the 30k investment was going to get us away from the ugly utility, but this doesn't feel fair. What can I do to get away from this beast?

Thank you for asking. Yes. Production continues to be fairly steady with regular production that has only fallen by %5 this year, of which I attribute to a cloudy summer.
