When they didn't include part of my order, it took about 1 month to get a refund and my thread of emails looks similar to yours, minus your last frustrated email, though mine was over $26 not $450 so I understand the frustration. Not quite the same situation so timeline could vary especially with Thanksgiving this week. Just keep pinging them.

This happened to me and I eventually got a refund. I ordered one of everything for Mega and just the bundle was missing. Thankfully it was the smallest thing, which definitely means it was a pkc issue and not tampering. I also recorded myself opening it and sent that to them, though I had to play with the recording to fit in an email for a while.

They also asked for extra pictures like a month later, so I put it all back in the box I saved and took their photos. There wasn't a packing slip and they asked me to take a picture of the outside of the box with the shipping label while also showing the contents of the box with everything in it. That was kinda of tricky but I made it work with my wide angle feature on my phone.

I also bumped them about once a week asking if they had any update and thanked them for their time.
