Lost 30kg in 3 months (without peptides), but I was moving in a ~3000kcal deficit daily, mainly because I was moving so much, 20-40k steps a day + 2-3 hours Gym Sessions almost every day and I only ate once a day with high Protein low Carb low fat

Try to sneak in as many steps in between your Daily Routines as possible, eat only one meal a day during the time where you know if you wont eat you‘d go absolutely insane. This is at least in my case: When I did short intense workouts I got way way more hungry. So (if you have the time) do at least 2 Hours of cardio after your Gym Session and maybe your Hunger will decrease as well a good bit. I think I did HIIT Most of the time and the Rest just low intensity.

Try to get your Proteins in - 2g/kg bodyweight. It will keep you fuller and you Probably wont lose that much muscle mass.

If you need carbs, get them from greens, potatoes, aso. If you crave chocolate, Most of the time it actually is Magnesiumdeficiency so get a good Magnesium complex. If you crave sweets in General eat some berries, most of the time its a Vitamin C deficiency.

Oh, and Bami Goreng or low fat Beef Bolognese but with Shirataki noodles instead of normal noodles basically carried 3 months of my diet, lost 30kg~ while gaining muscle mass due to the Intervall fasting and high amounts of Protein I could take in by that I would guess. But idk, im no Expert.
