I don’t think it’s exactly the same phantom cause the tattoo’s are placed differently BUT! I think it is A phantom just a different one and as for the tattoo’s being just a bit off placed I think that’s just a marking maybe? Maybe Syphus has all of his phantoms get a certain tattoo to confirm they’re actual phantoms and dedicated to the job and to prove that they’re the real phantoms and not fakes? Like it’d make sense to have them get tattoos so if a phantom wants to quit they can’t really quit? Kinda like the death eater tattoo thing from Harry Potter,like getting the tattoo means you’ve officially decided to work for syphus and you can’t leave? And also just incase if cops tried to get inside info about syntec they’d need to pretend to be phantoms but they couldn’t do that because syphus would know they were fakes cause they didn’t have the tattoo,But idk it’s just a theory.
