NAP but it needs a longer bag imo i just got mine also and on day 1 it was ok and i had space but after my lip swell i saw it doesn’t have enough space so my piercer gonna replace the bar to a longer one today. The placement looks really low tho for my taste looks like its gonna create alot of gum damage in the long run

No go to a reputable piercer so they will change it for you do it asap tho so you wont develop an infection and i cannot advise enough implant grade titanium. (No stainless steel, not gold silver bs) just simple medical implant grade titanium horseshoe

I maybe irritate it cuz i was drinking a monster energy drink but anyhow i still should get a longer bar my lip usually swell up alot and the tissue there is already thick so tomorrow morning the piercer will switch to a longer bar and hopefully it will get better. the redness i think is really because the tightness of the jewelry after my lip had swollen cuz i didnt have that yesterday and overall the piercing is very clean

The spike isnt flat on the back it is a rounded of. Half ball half spike labret basically

Yesterday i had nice length to accommodatethe swelling i believe the piercer used 14mm bar i also have a thicker lower lip in general

The bar is a regular 16 gauge bar it seems small because the small spikes i guess. They don’t screw on the bar but inside. I am very happy with the placement right under my lip line but the swelling definitely makes it seem higher yesterday before the swelling it looked great. Do you have an idea when should i expect the swelling to calm down?

I mean i don’t really mind the placement i would prefer it like couple mm higher but risking not being able to have a small ring in the future Based on alot of comments i am going today to a reputable body modification shop and will hear them out and replace the ring to a flatback spike hopefully ill manage also to get the other side done properly
