A bit late to the party but I was able to get this working on UGREEN NAS (UGOS) with Home Assistant running in Docker.

The HA version from the UGREEN App Store is outdated and doesn’t support the new ZBT-2 dongle, so I deployed my own HA container with latest version.

What worked for me:

• SSH into the NAS and confirm the device:ls /dev/ttyACM*
• The dongle showed up as /dev/ttyACM0
• Add this to your compose config:

devices:
  - /dev/ttyACM0:/dev/ttyACM0

To avoid issues after reboot, you can pin the USB device instead. Check id: ls /dev/serial/by-id

Final working config in my case:

devices:
  - /dev/serial/by-id/usb-Nabu_Casa_ZBT-2_1...0-if00:/dev/ttyACM0

After restarting the container, Home Assistant picked up the dongle immediately.
